I have built my career across hospitality, wellness, and beauty industries. I spent over a decade in Singapore’s hotel sector, holding roles at The Ritz-Carlton and Meritus Mandarin. Later, I pursued my passion by opening my own beauty salon after gaining the necessary expertise. The business eventually closed due to a change in tenancy ownership.

After that, I moved into a Business Development Manager role. I was responsible for expanding the Singapore market and providing training and sales support for a Malaysia-based beauty brand. After several years, I returned to hospitality as a Spa and Wellness Manager with 5-star hotels such as PARKROYAL on Pickering and Pan Pacific Singapore.

Later, I became Director of Operations for a beauty salon, bringing my total industry experience to nearly two decades.

Like many professionals, I sought a more flexible and sustainable way to earn while aligning with my lifestyle. I love having choices. I have the freedom to follow what I truly want in the moment without worrying about money holding me back. It is not just about comfort; it is about feeling free. That is the life I am building here.

That journey led me to NTX, which has become a great new chapter for me.
